The BEST car shopping experience! Gary Fung was my sales person and did not pressure me. Made sure I got what I wanted with monthly payment and Finance Manager, Alfred was great! Audi was great too! Overall no pressure and ended up leasing with option to buy at end of lease! Had gone to 4 other Honda dealerships and the Manager would come over and pressure me to buy the Honda I did not want or did not hear/meet my needs. Started from looking at used CR-V to leasing a new one. Cheaper to lease and they give you your guaranteed buy-out amount at end of 3-year lease. Cheaper to lease a new car than buy it outright! I also purchased a 3-year maintenance free plan, so all regular maintenance is free! Thank you again everyone at Honda San Juan Capistrano, classy place!

Absolutely wonderful and easy experience. Gary was the sales associate who helped me. I had messaged him about an inquiry on a vehicle and he was very fast in response staying on top of things and giving me updates. Sadly the vehicle I wanted had sold before I could get there but that was okay because Gary had no problem going above and beyond to help me find another if not better vehicle!!
